BIG CRM

As a part of BIG’s Business Development Team, I led the design and implementation of its first client relationship management system. This required me to first analyze and codify the team’s process in order to translate this workflow into a system that would allow the team to track a variety of information including contacts, potential project information, active project data, and award submissions. I also led its implementation by hosting training sessions and creating a Guidelines & Best Practices reference guide. The CRM system has become central to the team’s day-to-day operations across its four global offices, allowing them to better track opportunities and generate regular reports for partner review.
