The Gardens at 780
The Gardens at 780 Third is an office building repositioning project. Reimagined as a building that supports the wellbeing of your business, your employees and the environment — The Gardens aims to provide tenants with the most value through sustainable hospitality. New amenities - including indoor and outdoor gardens, a coffee shop and restaurant, and bookable, catered meeting spaces - give tenants the ability to curate their workday and support the diverse work styles of today’s talent.
I concepted and led the design of the building website, marketing lobby, and the building’s environmental graphics.

Organized across 3 sections, the website provides useful information to potential tenants and introduces the building’s new identity and offerings. The Building and The Experience sections utilize one page scroll navigation for easy access to categories of information, while carousels provide additional details for each subcategory. Curated imagery, branded graphics, and videos paint a vibrant picture of The Gardens’ new offerings.
The client was in need of a more welcoming lobby experience for the duration of construction. I designed a space that gradually introduces the vision of The Gardens from the entry exterior through reception and into the elevator lobbies. A lush pattern, green walls, and plantings enliven the space. Renderings, messages with QR codes that link to the website, and a series of factoids about the new building offerings provide current and future tenants a teaser for what’s to come.
The project was completed in 2022. Amiable messages contribute to a comfortable environment, and copper signage helps users navigate the lobby and two amenity floors below.
